Now this.
Welcome to this blog, created 2011-11-23, it will be about building a Stormtrooper armor without prior experience or related skills. Maybe some injuries involved. You read it, about building an alien robot sort of costume. Now to 90% of you: Buh-bye.
The rest of you, stick around. Bookmark the URL, edwardcullencansuckit.blogspot.com
I don't really care much about Star Wars anymore, I'm a grown up man, with responsibilities, and a social life. I don't cosplay or roleplay, or listen to Coldplay, I just really want to know what it feels like to be a storm fucking trooper. My sister Diana was doing the same thing with a scout trooper as her first project and a TK armor as current one. And if you click on her name you can see her current progress in her blog. I'll post exactly the same stuff, but using a lousy camera and bad lighting since I have a daytime job and Sweden goes pitchblack after 3pm.
The plastic parts are ordered this week and I'm still in the research phase. So yeah, I hope this will be fun. Because it already cost a shitload of money. The build will be a "stunt" class Stormtrooper as seen in the background of plenty scenes from Episode IV: A New Hope. For some people the goal in building a stormtrooper armor is to get as close in details as the screen props, even if a certain piece is flawed, silly or unimmersive on screen, they will match it. I will not do that crazy thing, but focus more on not making a total mess.
You can guess that I'm excited, well I'm very excited. I'm so excited that I...
Ok, cheers, bye!
